We had an amazing time exploring Istanbul! The hotel was perfect for our family, and we even took an excursion up the Bosphorus, which was beautiful. The staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to get to all the key sights. Plus, we got upgraded to a family room, which was fantastic!

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms.

fantastic spot for exploring iconic landmarks and parks nearby

I had an amazing time exploring the city as I was just an 8-minute walk from the stunning Blue Mosque and a hop away from the Grand Bazaar, making it super convenient to immerse myself in the rich culture of Istanbul. plus, with the nearby tram stop, I could easily venture to other parts of the city without any hassle.

missing shampoo

as much as I wanted to love this place, I just couldn’t. the hotel called Blue in Istanbul is confusingly named, and they put me in a room with a broken window that kept opening! the shampoo wasn’t restocked either, how ridiculous! not to mention, a complimentary gift for half the inconvenience woudl ve been a nice touch.

The family room was spacious with a good size balcony and a washing machine, which was ideal for our kids. The staff were genuinely helpful, especially at the reception who offered great insights about the area. While the room was comfortable and clean, some noise from outside occasionally disrupted our relaxation time, and the soundproofing could be improved.

I loved the Budget Double Room for its cozy ambiance, especially the comfortable bed that helped me easily get a good night’s sleep despite being a light sleeper. The cleaning staff were incredible, keeping the room spotless every day. It was also equipped with a kettle and mini fridge, making it perfect for a relaxing evening in.

There was some noise from outside at times.
